"My father passed away in early October and both Dani and Sophie were extremely understanding and helpful. Took an extra large urn in where both my mother and father's ashes were interred together. Thank you Dani and Sophie, your kindness will never be forgotten."

Excellent service, my father passed away in early October and both Dani and Sophie were extremely understanding and helpful. Communication was excellent also. Took an extra large urn in where both my mother and father’s ashes were interred together. Thank you Dani and Sophie, your kindness will never be forgotten xx

My siblings funeral took place 3 months after their passing due to lack of availability. Coop blamed the church, however this was not true. Headstone paid for in August. Was told it would be in place by 17th December. Was not happy about the length of time but let it go ahead as at least the family would have it in place for visiting on Christmas Day. It is now 22nd December, no headstone, loads of excuses and loads of blaming and now told it will be mid January. Poor service, huge disappointment and let down. Won’t use them again,

Absolutely shocking. My nan wasnt even made up for the family to see and she had a big bruise on her neck for everyone to remember. They had notes saying they were going to scatter her in the cemetery when we told them clearly that she had a plot to be put in. My nan paid for her funeral a couple of years ago, it seems they don't care now as they have been paid. Never in my life have I been so disgusted. The lady that works there is also very rude and needs sacking. Go to Thomas brothers they give a great service and are very respectful. These people shouldn't even be trading.
