What families say

"They didn't seem out to make money from the pain of others."

— Simone Anglin (about Paula)

"We also express our heartfelt appreciation for the coop's rainbow package for children. We did not pay a penny, and the service was absolutely top-notch."

— Ian Hough

"The Funeral Director Nicky was impeccable, respectfully guiding the family through the service, and offering warm hugs when needed. She carefully took two yellow roses from the flower display and gave them to the Chief Mourners as they got into the hearse after the service — such a thoughtful touch."

— Charlie Jordan (about Nicky)

"We unfortunately lost our son around 20 weeks into pregnancy. The team of Sam, Chollet, and Nicky were so compassionate and from the outset we were assured that they would take care of everything. In such terrible circumstances it was a relief to have the worry of how our son would be put to rest taken off of our shoulders."

— Ian Hough (about Sam, Chollet, Nicky)

I cannot praise this funeral director's enough. We unfortunately lost our son around 20 weeks into pregnancy. When it came to funeral care, the hospital mentioned the co-op funeral director's in Weoley Castle as an option, and we are very glad that we chose them to look after our son. The team of Sam, Chollet, and Nicky were so compassionate and from the outset we were assured that they would take care of everything. In such terrible circumstances it was a relief to have the worry of how our son would be put to rest taken off of our shoulders. We also express our heartfelt appreciation for the coop's rainbow package for children. We did not pay a penny, and the service was absolutely top-notch. Thank you for everything.

I was requested as a Celebrant by the family, for a service with the Weoley Castle team this week. I found them to be excellent. The Funeral Arrangers had a great eye for detail, were highly professional in all communications, and they cared for the family with kindness & compassion. At the service, the Funeral Director Nicky was impeccable, respectfully guiding the family through the service, and offering warm hugs when needed. She carefully took two yellow roses from the flower display & gave them to the Chief Mourners as they got into the hearse after the service -such a thoughtful touch.

Unfortunately had need of a funeral service for my child. Was recommended Co-op by a bereavement councillor. Would highly recommend. The lady who helped us Paula was very friendly and professional. Happy with the service received and they didn't seem out to make money from the pain of others.
