From the moment we walked in, we were treated with Compassion, understanding and professionalism… Paula and Louise are wonderful and have a true understanding of their clients. Our Dad Ken was treated with so much respect and we felt he was safe in their hands. We would like to also Thank wonderful Jill who conducted Dads service, having previously conducted for our Mom, some years ago. Very helpful, understanding, patient and most of all very friendly staff. On the day, they guided and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this company for your loved ones funeral, they got all the music perfect did everything that we wanted kept us up to date with everything, even tho it was a really sad day they made it perfect & easy for us to say goodbye to my mom. Thankyou to everyone who was involved in helping with my mom's funeral especially to paula. Louise
