A huge thank you to Karen and the team for taking care of Dad, but also looking after my Mum during the saddest of times. From start to finish the whole team took care of our requests, took care of dad, were so flexible and helpful with our needs. The CO-OP has been part of our family since mom & dad met back in the 60’s, so for dad to end with them taking care of him was so important & his last wish. Thank you all, you have the hardest of jobs and yet you do it with compassion, dignity & empathy.

I just want to say a big thank you to Karen from this Co-Op Funeral branch. During such a sad time all you need is guidance and support and Karen did just that. From the very beginning to the very end and even to checking afterwards how we all are after the funeral. She was very polite and professional and everything was as handled in the most beautiful and most respectful way. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The funeral ran so smoothly and everything was perfect. Karen is an absolute credit to this organisation. We could not of gotten through this sad time without the support of Karen. There isn’t enough words to say thank you to you. Many thanks again The Powell Family

I can‘t thank Karen at the Co-op Funeralcare Oldbury enough for everything she did in handling my mother’s funeral. From the initial meeting to looking after my mother and the day of the funeral everything was handled so beautifully with care and so appreciated at this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral Toni and the team were fantastic, everything ran so smoothly, including accommodating us with an unusual request, without hesitation. I would also like to express a huge thank you to the Co-Op florist for the stunning flowers arrangements and the amazing single stem roses, two weeks later they are all still looking beautiful. What is also impressive is that the co-op Oldbury handled my father’s funeral 11 years ago to the same standard in every way which is why we chose them again, I would never consider going anywhere else. Thank you so much Co-Op Oldbury!!
