Organised our dad’s funeral with the Boldmere branch. Angie was lovely. She was so approachable and gave such attention to detail, with nothing too much trouble, she is a credit to them. As an aside, we ordered the flowers through the Co-op. Whichever florist they came from, they were lovely.

Absolute disgrace. Rushed service and was completely let down by the staff that couldn't follow simple instructions. Coffin was nearly dropped twice, we were pushed and pulled all through the service. Coffin was in the ground before everyone had finished walking to the gravesite. Don't trust your loved ones with these people. Not fit to run a pet cemetery. Buried with all the dignity of a dead hamster

Sarah was lovely very accommodating and it’s because of her I award one star. People check your coffin sizes as we were told 72 hours before the funeral that they made a mistake and we couldn’t have a casket we were forced to have a coffin we could of had a bespoke or ordered a casket to fit but in such a short time, there mistake was disgusting.
