Kevin was our appointed handler on behalf of co-op funeral services, his support on our baby's funeral was second to none, there was some paperwork that required completing and due to work commitments i was not able to attend the office; however, Kevin came out on his day off to my work place to have the paperwork conpleted. The funeral service today at our chosen cemetary was beautiful, thank you Kevin & team for making this happen!!! I will recommend co-op Nechells to all friends and family.

My father passed away late in the day yesterday and Coop funeral services Nechells collected him and took him to their branch. I heard nothing from them the following morning so I called the branch around 13:15hrs. The phone rang for a long time but was eventually answered by a response team. The agent took my details and assured me that the branch would make contact. So far, Iβve heard nothing and itβs almost 24hrs later. Absolutely awful service. DO NOT USE if youβre looking for a compassionate caring funeral provider.

Very excellent service from everyone at this company. Wanted to say a special thank you to Martin (hoping I've got his name correct) and Simon for going above and beyond when my family laid my nan to rest on Friday. Will most certainly recommend this company. Thanks again!
