I couldn’t have asked for better service than that which I received from Buckland Parade funeral care. They went the extra mile to ensure that my deceased son’s brother (who had been held up at no fault of his own) was able to pay his respects and say his goodbyes in a beautiful and unhurried way. My special thanks go to Colin, the celebrant, (he delivered the eulogy in a way that sounded like he’d known my son all his life) nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. Also, special thanks to Kili for the help you gave in keeping everything running so smoothly. This particular funeral was organised from a distance of 150 miles, which in itself could have created problems, but there wasn’t anything that they couldn’t deal with!

Jackie, who was temporarily working at the Basinstoke branch was absolutely amazing. She was a great support to me and when I was struggling to put one foot in front of the other and didn't know which way to turn, she was always there, ready to guide me, in which I will be eternally grateful. Called them twice on a saturday about father passing away and not 1 person had the courtesy to call us back! What a waste of our time.
