I am absolutely disgusted with this firm we have now been waiting for my father-in-laws ashes to be returned for nearly 4 weeks now, we have been told firstly they had been taken to Shoreham, now in Lancing, They will not give an address so we can go and collect them, Do they not realize just how upsetting and heartbreaking this is for my wife, I was going to put a funeral plan in place with the co-op but will now find a reliable funeral director.
