Compassionate, caring, warm and friendly team who treated my lovely mum with the utmost respect at all times. They were totally professional with us, while being efficient and considerate of all the family as we planned mums final journey. I cannot fault any of the team, everyone we dealt with, from the gorgeous Holly and Paul who collected mum from us on her last day earth side to the team who guided is through the final day.
