My Dad was recently been told he is under palliative care & moved to a care home. This has been very upsetting for everyone. The next day I was walking past the branch & decided to ask what we do when the time comes. I was met by a lovely lady called Ellen who explained everything to me. I became very upset but she made me a drink & assured me when the time comes they would be able to care for Dad. I left feeling a lot better & knowing someone like Ellen would be caring for Dad has given me comfort.

We lost Mum & had no idea what to do or even how to start arranging a funeral. We call another funeral director that was close to us but then decided to go into Bracknell branch as it was local to Mum. As soon as we came inside we were met by the lovely lady who works there called Ellen. Throughout the whole process she took care of us as a family and nothing was too much trouble. We really felt that Ellen took the time to get to know us as a family and Mum as a person, and that meant a lot. Thank you for helping give Mum such a lovely send-off — we’re very grateful for everything you did.
