I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised how easy calm and patient they were with us specially when making decisions regarding the funeral gave us plenty of time and options to make our decision Doubt with Jane quite a lot and she was very patient answered all our questions And dealt with everything immediately can’t thank her enough for helping us get through this sad situation
