The staff were so compassionate to our needs. One even stayed over so we could visit Dad. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Could not of asked for a better service at what was a very difficult time.

These guys did the funeral for a family friend and were OK, but very late getting to the crematorium with the coffin. All the people were standing around waiting outside and they had to let everyone in because it was so cold - you're meant to follow the coffin in, not the other way round. I heard they got lost on the way - surely you prepare the route beforehand or even use a sat nav if you need to! This made a sad day even worse and while they did apologise for the mess up, it was not reflected in the final bill. Although the family didn't want to pursue this, I felt it was unfair that no money was knocked off for the poor time keeping.The rest of it went smoothly, the lady who delivered the service was very good - she took control and gave comfort as she spoke.
