This was the second time the Co-op Eastney have supported us with the loss of a dear loved one. From start to finish the love and care we were provided with by Gemma and the whole team was exemplary. Dean Anderson is an Angel in disguise. He looked after my brother 2years ago , nothing was any trouble , my mum was so impressed that she said to me when it was her time she wanted Dean to look after her. Mum sadly passed away in October this year 2024 and I had no hesitation in carrying out her wishes. Dean expressed it would be an honour and a privilege, what an exceptional human being this man is. He is very professional and always goes the extra mile particularly in such heartbreaking times 💔 . He really is treasure to behold , an earth angel ! Huge Thankyou to Dean for looking after my family , you are an amazing person, wonderful at your job ! Very sincere & genuine. Dean will take excellent care of your loved ones !

I visited a loved one who was resting here, Dean was so helpful, compassionate, professional guys I've ever met. Made me feel at ease, no time limits, felt very welcomed and comfortable. The reflection room was so calming, pristine, with such beautiful canvases on the walls. I got to spend around two hours with my loved one. Dean even came out to make sure I got my lift OK. What an amazing human being went above and beyond to help me through a heart breaking time. The team had made my loved one look the very best despite the period of time since they passed. Massive thanks to the Eastney Co operative Funeral Directors
