All the staff here were really good and they were local as well so we knew the director. Everything was ran by us and the funeral home called just about everyday with updates and information on the funeral and the cremation. You were not pushed into anything you didn't want to do. Like the crematorium their offices in Wigston were not stuffy but modern and welcoming. Everyone was well presented and they showed the dignity and respect we all wanted. Funerals are not the best of occasions but with the the home and crematorium it simply didn't feel like a funeral, more of a long good by. My Dad would of approved!
