Could not have been more professional. Dealt with Ann on our initial appointment who dealt with everything very clearly and offered advice and options we had not thought of. Wayne the Funeral Director called me the day before to introduce himself and confirm everything for the following day and it all went just as he had said in a totally professional but caring manner. We had a Humanist ceremony conducted by Kerry Tomblin (recommended by the Co-op) who was EXCEPTIONAL - she helped with putting together the tribute to my husband and had obviously taken the time to prepare so when it came to the ceremony she was fully versed in how to put it across and most of the mourners thought she was actually a friend. She made a very difficult day more bearable- Thank you again Kerry.
