The loss of my youngest son, has been my worst nightmare. But the ladies at Kettering coop made my experience so special. They listened to what I wanted for my Josh’s funeral, nothing was to much trouble, the pins I needed for my family, the flowers, the music. I could not have gotten through this without their total support and help. I would recommend them to anyone who is suffering the pain of a list loved one, they truely care about you and your lost loved one. Danni, Lucy and Shirley are truly amazing. Sorry it’s taken me so long to write this, but I am forever grateful to you all.

Dani, Lucy & the CO-OP Funeral team, as a family we would like to extend our sincere gratitude and thank all of you for assisting us with the funeral proceedings for our mum, Pauline Gregory. We cannot express how helpful you all were, as well as comforting and caring. You all made a difficult situation, one of which we never thought we would have to be doing, much easier and answered every question or query we had along the way. Dani is a credit to co-op funeral care. Thankfully, I’ve never had to deal with a funeral company or attend a chapel of rest before and the support compassion and understanding from Dani was amazing. I can’t thank her enough for the service she provided and her kind approach. Giving me options and carefully guiding me through a difficult time. I’ll never forget her kindness and I’m forever grateful for the steps she put in place for me to say good bye. Highly recommend! Thank you!

We’ve arranged several funerals recently, which is very unfortunate, but CO-OP were by far the best, I wish I could name individuals that made our experience easier. Dani and Shirley have been amazing. I lost my dad then my mum 4 months apart. Nothing was too much trouble. The little touches and thoughts. They were so attentive and considerate. I can’t recommend them enough. They listened, they laughed, they hugged, they helped and they consoled me and my family. Everything was perfect. I won’t ever forget them. They have a place in my heart always. Then there was Esther who is a 3rd party service.She was the celebrant. I just have no words for her. She also has a place in my heart. She never met my family but wow did she work us all out quickly. She said everything perfectly. She fell in love with my mum and her ways. It was so special. The service could have been more spot on. Thank you so so much. X
