What families say

"From start to finish, we were treated with the utmost respect by Alex. She listened. She gave us time. She offered very sensitive information to the treatment process. Thank you so much for making a hard day easier to bear."

— vanessa winterburn (about Alex)

"Jo organised everything for the funeral of our very dear father who sadly passed away on his birthday. No issue was too big or small and she gave us exactly what we wanted. It was nice knowing dad was being cared for by people who treat him like family."

— Rebecca Allen (about Jo)

"Barry Rathborn, you was the anchor that held everything down on Monday for our family. He had a lot of pressure due to things out of his control and he was an absolute diamond, he didn't panic, he pushed through and found a solution, never showing worry or panic."

— Sheila Depaolo (about Barry Rathborn)

"The love, care and dignity that was shown for my nan was utterly beautiful. It made us as a family at ease, especially my grandad who had been with his wife for 70 years. Such a wonderful lady who we will always remember."

— Anna Feenan (about Emma-Louise Cook)

"Emma-Louise Cook was a shining light for me, she stood strong with me in the chapel of rest, and my fears and worries felt valid but she shown a light so bright for me at such a dark time. Without her I wouldn't have been able to step into there, but I did, with her guidance, a hand to hold, and lots of support, love and strength."

— Sheila Depaolo (about Emma-Louise Cook)

"Sadly our baby boy was born sleeping, and from the minute Leo went to the chapel of rest, he and us, his mummy and daddy, were treated with nothing but dignity and respect. We were even able to go and see Leo on Christmas Day. I'm sure I did everyone's head in, ringing everyday to ask if my boy was safe. Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for all your time and help. It is appreciated more than you'll ever know."

I am so sincerely grateful for two absolute real life angels, one being Emma-Louise Cook And the other being Barry Rathborn, These two beautiful humans went above and beyond for us in a time of need. Full of love, pride and compassion, And Barry had a lot of pressure due to things out of his control and he was an absolute diamond, he didn’t panic he pushed through and found a solution, never showing worry, or panic. And things all became good. Barry Rathborn you was the anchor that held everything down on Monday for our family and you are just a really lovely man. Emma-Louise Cook, she was a shinning light for me, she stood strong with me in the chapel of rest, and my fears and worries felt valid but she shown a light so bright for me at such a dark time, she showed me that I had nothing to fear. And without her I wouldn’t of been able to step into there, but I did, with her guidance, a hand to hold, and lots of support, love and strength, So a huge thank you to Emma-Louise Cook And Barry Rathborn, People like you need recognition, for the support you gave us, for your help, your love, your chats and validation and for just being yourselves. We said goodbye to my dear old mother today. From start to finish, we were treated with the utmost respect by Alex. She listened. She gave us time. She offered us very sensitive information to the treatment process. It was unusual proceedings, but we were well accommodated. Also a huge thank you to the guys who picked up mum's coffin. Smartly turned out, and total respect for the empty coffin . Thank you so much for making a hard day easier to bare.

I would like to say how grateful us as a family are for Emma Louise cook. She came to my grandparents home early in the morning to take my nan into your care. We can't thank her enough! She was well presented, well spoken, the love, care and dignity that was shown for my nan was utterly beautiful. It made us as a family at ease...specially my grandad who had been with his wife for 70 years. She explained everything that was going to happen. Such a wonderful lady who we will always remember. Thank you Emma.
