What families say

"Dignified, beautiful, helpful, respectful - couldn't have asked for more."

— Sue Kimmins

"Sandra and the rest of the staff really took care of us through the process of my mother's funeral. They were kind and sensitive and let us take our time to decide on how we wanted to do it."

— Yrneh SnilloC (about Sandra)

"The treatment we were given after losing our beloved mum, from start to finish was amazing, made us feel so relaxed, friendly, that goes along way when you are organising a funeral for your loved ones. Nothing was ever a problem, just a phone call and everything they could do for you they did. Even a visit to the chapel of rest. A personal touch. A cup of tea. Perfect."

— sally reeve

"The suggestions and personal touches they made ensured a difficult time was made as easy as possible and our son's final journey was one we shall always remember with love."

— Janet Burke (about Emma)

"Losing Nojus at just 18 years old is a pain beyond words. Yet your compassion, understanding, and attention to every detail brought us a small sense of peace in the midst of overwhelming grief. From the first conversation to the final farewell, we felt not only professionalism but also true humanity. Thank you for being by our side, for easing our burden, and for helping us lay Nojus to rest with dignity and respect."

— Patricia Mis19 (about Emma)

"I had not a clue what to do regarding a funeral when my brother suddenly died earlier this month. Everybody I spoke to were helpful & courteous, nothing was too big a problem for them. They even brought my brother's body back to March from Leicester. I cannot thank them enough."

Sandra and the rest of the staff really took care of us through the process of my mother's funeral. They were kind and sensitive and let us take our time to decide on how we wanted to do it. No complaints at all. We chose them over the funeral directors next door 'Turners' who we felt were rushy and insensitive when we inquired about it. .
