Avoid. Having patiently waited six months for a headstone to be installed, and only receiving one email in that time, I had to ring for updates. Two weeks later, I have just been informed in won't be installed at the grave for another 2.5 to 3 months.. ARE YOU JOKING ?? no apology, no explanation, no goodwill gesture. Nine months total REALLY ?? UK average looks to be under 3 months, other family members have experiences of similar timescales. AVOID CO-OP
