Myself and my sister recently lost our dad and we used The Heartfelt Funeral Company for his funeral. This is obviously a very tough time, but this difficult process was handled in such a compassionate and friendly manner. I cannot give enough compliments to both Donna and Ciaran for how they looked after us and made the whole process so smooth and stress free. We lost our mum a few years back and used a different funeral company, not that they did anything wrong but The Heartfelt Funeral Company just did everything very well.
