I would definitely recommend using the Heartfelt funeral company. Graham was sympathetic, professional and very thorough. Gave my family and I the supported we needed during this difficult time. Kieran and his team were also very kind, professional and reassuring during the funeral service. I am forever grateful. Using a family owned business felt more personal compared to talking with bigger companies. Our questions were answered promptly, no matter how big or small.
