Rosie was so helpful, respectful and showed compassion with each step of the process. All members of staff were dignified, supportive and professional, from the men who transported Mum from her home address, and all members of staff who dealt with my sisters and I.

From the first telephone contact call, to meeting with Rosie we knew we had found the best place for the organising our beloved dad's funeral. Always there if we had any questions and organised everything the way we has asked perfectly.
