We would like to thank Sian for all her help during a very difficult few months. I went to see her at the beginning of the year to make advanced funeral plans for my mum. She was incredibly compassionate and informative about the whole process. She made sure we understood every aspect and answered all our questions.In our time of need, Sian handled everything we needed and took great care of my mum. They were amazing on the day of her funeral too.Sian in particular was so kind, caring and compassionate throughout. We can't thank her enough for being there for our family. She was kind, compassionate and patient.Although nothing can take away the grief we are experiencing, it made it a little easier, having a funeral director who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure our families needs are met from beginning to end. My late Grandmother would be proud.

I cannot praise this undertakers enough. We got them to act for us when arranging my mum's funeral. They handled everything taking all the pressure off of us, which at the time was mind blowing. I can't thank Sian & David enough, they took care & looked after us at a time of need. I gave 5 stars as I would without a dought recommend this undertakers.
