W Sherry & Sons Funeral Directors (Incorporating J R Barton & Son)

I arranged my mother's funeral with W Sherry & Sons at short notice as we had no funeral plan or previous contact with a funeral director. From start to finish, Sian, Julie, David and Justin were extremely helpful, patient, kind, appropriate and provided an excellent service. No detail was too much trouble, and they guided me through everything from registering the death to choosing music etc to what happens on the day. They also gave details of florists and places where we could invite people afterwards for refreshments, and I was very happy with both. I could ring them any time and be answered by a real person. And if you should need their services during a heat wave, as we did, their cars are air conditioned! I couldn't be more grateful and relieved for their excellent help at this difficult time. Sian was so warm and welcoming, helping us through was of the most difficult times when arranging the funeral for our mum . Nothing was too much trouble and Sian went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly with attention to detail . A fantastic service. The support and understanding that Sian and her team gave my family during the planning of my Dad’s funeral was incredible. Sian’s professionalism & warmth in her voice made me feel relaxed & confident that everything was in hand. Her guidance made a very difficult time in our lives so much more bearable, nothing was too difficult & she catered to all of our needs. The team lead by David on the day of the funeral were courteous, punctual & immaculately turned out. 15/10 no faults at all.

We cannot recommend the service of Sian and team at South Harrow enough. We were recommended to use their service after the sad passing of our father. From the first day we met till the day of the funeral, the team were nothing but courteous and respectful, not only to our family but also to our dad as well.
