Outstanding service from beginning to end. They dealt with the celebrant taken ill 2 days before the funeral and the stand in at short notice was excellent. Nicky also negotiated the family difficulties with great sensitivity.Absolutely first class team to support us throughout a difficult time.

Paul, Nicola, David and the whole team involved in yesterday's organisation of my mother's funeral are a credit to their profession. From my first phonecall to the interment at Northwood Cemetery we were treated with kind compassion, patience and genuine warmth. Having to arrange a funeral during normal circumstances is emotionally difficult but during a pandemic it's incredibly challenging.
