From the first phone call, every member of the team was compassionate, patient, and respectful nothing was ever too much trouble. On the day of the funeral, the gentlemen who came to collect him were dignified and gentle in every way, and the Funeral Conductor, in his top hat, was exceptional. His manner was compassionate and impeccable, guiding the procession with such grace and respect that it brought real comfort to us all.
