Words cannot express my gratitude to Ann, who looked after us from the very beginning, organising my mums funeral has been one of the hardest things I've had to do, but with Ann's care and help, she made it so much easier. Paul was also outstanding at the funeral, he really cared for my mum and the family. The celebrant they chose, Barbara was the most calming and caring lady, all my family said she was perfect. From start to finish these beautiful people made a tuff time a whole lot easier. The care they gave my brother was outstanding. Anne, Tim and David and all the team in-between, made lots of special adjustments to memorise my brothers life adding in my brothers team colours and making his final journey past his fav teams old and new stadiums, all of which the special touches I didnt even think off. No words could tell you how greatful me and all the family are. The care and attention shown to us before, during and after the funeral were wonderful and made a sad situation so much more tolerable. Ann and Teresa went out of their way to help us; and Paul ensured, with tact and friendliness, that all went smoothly at the service. I totally recommend this company.
