"From our first contact with Theresa, I felt in good hands. She took the time to listen to my wants and needs. I had previously used them some years ago for Mum's funeral so knew my stepdad's funeral service needed to be with them."
— Kerry Arnold (about Theresa)
"Can not express how thankful I am to everyone I came in to contact with along the journey of planning my fathers funeral and on the day of the final goodbye. Especially a big thank you to Ann for all the time, effort and support she put in to navigating us in this difficult time!"
— Shannon Williams (about Ann)
"Theresa thank you so much you made the difference for us. For us as a family it was a warm goodbye. Since we live in the Netherlands and were depending on others to help and advise us, having Theresa's support meant everything."
— angela wijma (about Theresa)
"Theresa is a real asset and guided me through the process with kindness, compassion and clarity, which at a difficult time, I really appreciated. The family element of this company really shines through in their bespoke approach. With something like this, treating people as individuals is incredibly valuable."
— Catherine Jury (about Theresa)
"Words cannot express my gratitude to Ann, who looked after us from the very beginning. Organising my mums funeral has been one of the hardest things I've had to do, but with Ann's care and help, she made it so much easier. Paul was also outstanding at the funeral, he really cared for my mum and the family."
— Lorraine Kelly (about Ann, Paul)
"The care they gave my brother was outstanding. Anne, Tim and David and all the team in-between, made lots of special adjustments to memorise my brothers life adding in my brothers team colours and making his final journey past his fav teams old and new stadiums, all of which the special touches I didnt even think off. No words could tell you how greatful me and all the family are. You will forever be in my heart."
— Sarah Dickens (about Anne, Tim, David)

Theresa was a great help. She helpt us in so manny ways. She advised us the go with the "Reflect & Remember Package with Unattended Cremation" . We held a small service at the Hanwell branch with some long time friends. She got my brother in law in contact with Alistair who led the service the way we wanted. For us as a family it was a warm goodbye. If you look for a place to remeber a loved one and want to keep it small (6-8 persons) the Hanwall branch and Theresa are a perfect place. When you have a small budget the reflect and remember package is a good deal. Since we life in the Netherlands and we were depending on others to help/advice us. so once again Theresa thank you so much you made the difference for us. Angela and Michelle

I was particularly impressed with the service given by Theresa Parma of Hanwell Branch, it was an absolute pleasure in all the dealings I had with her in relation to all the aspects of the arrangements of a family funeral.

W Sherry and Sons in Hanwell handled everything in respect of my late mother's funeral perfectly. Theresa is a real asset and guided me through the process with kindness, compassion and clarity, which at a difficult time, I really appreciated. The staff on the day of the funeral were fabulous and everything ran like clockwork. The family element of this company really shines through in their bespoke approach. With something like this, treating people as individuals is incredibly valuable. Thank you.
