Walter C. Parson Funeral Directors is a family business established in 1842 at Stoke Climsland, Cornwall. It has, either by inheritance or acquisition, remained in the family over seven generations.
We strive to deliver a first class service, one which would only be acceptable to a member of our own family.

A big thank you to Walter Parsons ( Ivybridge) Sarah, Sharon ,Shaun and the rest of the staff for taking care of us from day one and for looking after Uncle George on his final journey. Everything went like clockwork and we were very pleased with the whole very caring and compassionate process. Lovely service thank you Tricia Stringer for that. Would certainly recomend Ivybridge branch.

Walter Parsons were absolutely amazing. They did my Dad proud when arranging and conducting his funeral. And they took such great care of him. They looked after me, my brother and my Mum. And made what was a painful and emotional time that little bit easier. And that is all we could have asked for. From start to finish they were caring, compassionate, thoughtful and professional. And the day of the funeral went as perfectly as we could have wished for. I highly recommend them. I would like to give special thanks to Shaun and Sharon who are both wonderful people and were so nice, kind and guided me through everything from start to finish and also after the event. Going above and beyond. And I would also like to thank Jonathan Shaddock who conducted the service for us at Walter Parson’s request. He was also wonderful.
