Arranging my mum's funeral was an incredibly difficult time for my dad and me. I had never been through anything like it before, but Jane helped make the process a little easier. She truly went above and beyond in preparing my mum's service. Jane took the time to sit with our family, listen to our memories, and understand what my mum meant to each of us. The service she created genuinely honoured her. She guided us through choosing poems, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Although it was an extremely hard day for all of us, Jane made sure my mum was honoured beautifully and helped turn a painful day into a truly special one in its own way.

From our very first conversation right through to the ceremony, they supported us with such kindness and understanding, taking away the pressure at every step. The service itself, led by Jane, was exactly what we hoped for. It was thoughtful, warm, and even sprinkled with laughter, reflecting exactly who Dad was. Jane is amazing! For a stranger to come into your home after the loss of a loved one, she was so friendly, loving and sympathetic! She listened to everything and even supplied tissues! The whole service supplied from the celebrant to the coffin to the funeral service was exactly how we wanted it.
