William Emery & Sons are one of Stafford's most respected independent family funeral directors, established in 1890 by William John Emery. With over 130 years of heritage, the business combines a tradition of quiet professionalism with a commitment to continually improving their services and maintaining the highest of standards.
Originally based in Browning Street, the business later relocated to their current premises on County Road, which now incorporates a tasteful Chapel of Rest and modern facilities. The company is proud of its fleet of vehicles, including a classic Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud hearse currently undergoing full restoration, two luxury Rolls-Royce Phantoms, a motorcycle hearse, horse-drawn hearse, and a range of specialist vehicles.
Emerys offer a comprehensive funeral service covering all legal requirements, funeral arrangements, press announcements, printing, catering, and 24-hour support. They also operate an in-house florist department, 'Flowers by Rebecca', with over 30 years of experience, as well as Emerys Monumental Services for memorials. The family prides itself on providing a sympathetic and caring service to the people of Stafford and surrounding areas.
