Laura was extremely helpful, offering advice and assistance. She arranged the funeral exactly as requested. Katie was also very helpful and professional on the day of the funeral. We were all very satisfied with how the funeral was organised and conducted.

The two members who stood out for me were definitely Michelle, who was amazing and I will always be grateful for her help, her understanding of the pain we were going through was first class and could not have organised the funeral without her help and Katie who on the day was brilliant and first class,which on the day of a loved ones funeral you really need some one like that . So pleased we chose Painters for the inscription on my mothers headstone. I could not recommend them enough for their attention to detail, excellent customer service and continual feedback. We were kept updated every step of the process and the inscription perfectly matched my Dad's side of the headstone which had been done at an earlier date.
