Hi Nancy this is just for you ! you were there from start to finish when my Mother died I don't think I would have got through as well as I did without all your help and advise. I knew I had made the right choice as soon as I entered the office Nancy was just the person to make me feel at ease, so friendly but very professional, she helped make sure everything ran smoothly with everything. Nancy is such an asset to Dodgson &Son she's one in a million ! So a special thank you Nancy, all your hard work was much appreciated.

I called into your office at Middleton to arrange my mum's funeral. The feeling you get when you walk through the door is calming. It is not like any other funeral directors offices. You are greeted by Nancy who is a lovely lady, she puts you at ease straight away. When you look around the office you don't have gloomy pictures, you don't feel frightened of death. The decorations make you smile. The first time I went in to your office with my two sister's to discuss details for my mum's funeral, my sister's changed dates and times over and over again. Poor Nancy, I kept apologizing, she was very professional and very obliging. Again nothing was too much trouble for her. She just said 'you have to get it right for your mum'. Nancy is a beautiful lady inside and out and very passionate about her job. The compassion, the smiles, the friendliness she has for people who don't want to be arranging family funerals is amazing. x

I cant thank the staff at Wm. Dodgson & Son Middleton enough. Not only are they kind, caring, professional & very respectful they also go above & beyond to help you through one of the worst periods of your life. Nothing is too much trouble & they go out of their way to make sure your loved one is looked after & have the funeral they deserve.
