The service my family received from Albany funerals was excellent and truly worthy of recognition. Angela helped us every step of the way with the funeral arrangements and produced the most beautiful Order of Service for my aunt. Matthew was also brilliant assisting and guiding us on the day. I will be forever grateful to Mathew and his team for their kindness and guidance to help us give my husband the best send off we could. They helped with advice suggestions flowers they took so much pressure off of my self and the family It was my husband’s request that our 6 eldest Grandson’s carried him on the day and they are young ,Mathew was so kind and patient with them giving them all confidence needed to make their Grandad proud. The service we received from Albany for our Dad’s funeral was amazing. Anisa was wonderful, putting us at ease and organising everything perfectly. The attention to detail was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Matthew conducted proceedings on the day, and everything ran like clockwork. Matthew was extremely kind and patient with my sons and nephews who carried my father, taking time to gently explain everything to them. I highly recommend Albany and will be forever grateful that they made a horrid time in our lives a little easier.
