Doves at Maidstone have been so very supportive throughout the funeral organisation, for our Mum, Dorothy Doreen. Mum was our world and Doves made the process so very special. Jackie in the office and Chris, the funeral director guided us through a very emotional time. Mum's funeral was everything we hoped for, to remember and celebrate her life. Our family recently entrusted Doves with the arrangements for a much loved Brother, Uncle, Partner and Friend to many. As a family, we cannot thank them enough for all their help and guidance. From initial contact through to the day of the funeral and beyond, everything was simply perfect and surpassed all our expectations. Our family would like to express heartfelt thanks to Chris Hatt, the Area Manager and Funeral Director who looked after us on the day, and who made sure everything went perfectly, often going above and beyond to meet with us out of hours, and to his highly professional team for taking care of our family throughout. To Kayleigh, the Funeral Arranger who looked after us all so well and offered invaluable guidance and support at every stage. To Sally on the diary who worked with us to set a day and time that suited the family and to Natalie for her impeccable care and attention. We made our initial call to Doves Maidstone at 3am. The call was answered on the first ring. From that moment on we were looked after throughout the whole distressing process. Thank you to Debbie and Dave who arrived at 4am and treated my dad with the utmost respect and dignity. Thank you to Kayleigh for all the support, advice and guidance & for putting us in touch with Marc our celebrant. Thank you to all involved for looking after my dad during his stay at Doves. He looked so peaceful in the Chapel, which we could visit at any time. This gave us great comfort to seeing him so well looked after. And thank you to Chris and his team who supported us on the day of the service with such respect and kindness, the route for his final journey was just perfect & very personal to us all.
