Choosing a funeral director is incredibly daunting; you only get one chance to say goodbye, and you feel the weight of wanting everything to be perfect for your loved one. I can honestly say that Andrew Grey is a company you can place your absolute trust in at such a significant time. Our specific director, Ben White, was exceptional. He handled every detail with incredible grace and professionalism, taking a huge weight off our shoulders during a very difficult period. The service for my brother David from the first meeting with Rhonda I was expecting to be very difficult. However we felt so relaxed which was down to the professional and very caring attitude from her. She was exceptional at her job and all the staff we met were extremely helpful and caring. I’d like to thank Andrew Grey’s Funeral Directors for the exceptional care and compassion shown during the funeral of my husband, David Tennet, on 30th October 2025. Every detail was handled with dignity and warmth, and the support from the whole team meant so much to our family. A special thank-you to Rhonda for handling the dog so kindly, and to the pallbearers for carrying out their duties with such respect — both gestures were truly touching. I’ll always be grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown throughout.
