Kershaw’s undertook my Mum’s funeral and their service was excellent. We dealt with Tom who was sensitive to our needs. His advice was thoughtful and welcome as this experience was new to us all. Overall Kershaw’s communication and attention to detail was superb. We were very pleased such a sad occasion was handled with such dignity by all the team at Kershaw’s.

They did a great job with my husband's funeral. We had my grandma's funeral with a different provider last year and Arthur Kershaw were significantly better for the same price. Tom was easily contactable and was very helpful. Everything was very efficient and stress free, they guided us through the process and coordinated everything well l, so on the day everything ran really smoothly. Very knowledgeable and the care felt very personalised and compassionate. Thank you to the whole team and particularly Tom.
