I wish to convey my heartfelt appreciation to all the staff at A.W Lymn’s Arnold for their thoughtful and respectful support during my mother's funeral. From the office staff to the pallbearers and drivers, we were expertly guided through this deeply challenging period by their professional assistance. This enabled us to say our final goodbye exactly as we had envisioned; we could not have been in better hands, as they ensured that a very difficult day unfolded seamlessly. The entire experience was remarkably professional, from the initial contact to the day of the service, and the consultation with the celebrant was exceptional. Excellent. The family were delighted with the funeral service for a lady who was in her 101st year. We achieved exactly as I wanted, an intimate, relaxed, celebration service coupled with dignity and care. We couldn't have asked for more from the staff at Lymn's in Arnold throughout, their interest, help and organisational skills during the planning were second to none and their attention, support and timing on the funeral day were superb.
