We live in Hampshire so everything could have been very difficult given that we were told the official documents usually take several days to process, but with Jackie's help and advice we managed to get everything we needed organised within 2 days. The funeral went smoothly and as my auntie would have wanted.

From the very first telephone call, everything was handled professionally and sensitively at what was a really hard time. On behalf of my family, we will always be grateful that we were able to fulfil our loved ones finally wishes by having his final journey in the London bus. Jackie was fantastic, ensuring certain little details were kept secret until the funeral and supportive when we visited to say out final goodbyes.
