Took the time to ensure everything was in place and arranged as per my departed mums expressed wishes, and was a pleasure to speak too. B. Matthew's as a company did an excellant job and I would highly recommend them as a funeral arranger. Look no further than these amazing people to help celebrate your loved one’s life. With no idea where to start planning Dads cremation we met Sam. With her expert guidance we were able to plan the perfect celebration of Dads life. She listened to all we had to say and allowed us to make all the decisions at our pace. Sam’s communication was amazing, she put us in contact with an amazing celebrant Lisa , who took our memories and made them flow.The systems in place to listen to and choose music, upload photos and approve the order of service were so simple to use. Little touches from Sam for us as a family made a massive difference. On the day, we were dreading, the organisation was spot on, Gareth was amazing as were his team. The venue was stunning, so peaceful and calming, the service flawless and we left feeling a calmness that Dad was truly resting in peace. Thank for all your support and guidance.

I was thrown into the unknown when my Dad passed suddenly and unexpectedly, we didn't know who to go with but went with B Matthews because they were local. I can honestly say both mum and myself are so pleased we did. We had a home visit with Sam who was kind, considerate, understanding, respectful and very helpful especially when it came to picking someone to do the service that would meet our requirements. The service was perfect and the limousines used were lovely and the drivers were again very considerate and respectful. From start to finish nothing was to much trouble for Sam, she was a great help for us and made such a difficult time just a little bit easier knowing my dad was very well looked after. A very professional team of people and I would recommend B Matthews with no hesitation.

Sam at B Matthews in Shirley was fantastic from start to finish. She has been kind, caring, helpful & polite, Sam organised our mums funeral, she listened to us & helped us choose what we wanted whilst making sure we got what mum would have liked. Even after the service, Sam made time for me to go there & helped me with ordering my ashes into glass ring, she went above & beyond from the moment we met her. All of the people we met throughout this time, including the drivers of the limos were absolutely brilliant & I would definitely recommend Sam & B Matthews to people in what is the hardest time of their lives.
