We sadly lost our dear mum recently and only a year after we lost my lovely sister, we were in complete shock. We entrusted Ballard and Shortall with the funeral arrangements for both of them and we were not disappointed. The service they offered was compassionate, caring and thoughtful. We had some quirky requests for our sisters funeral and they did everything they could to accommodate us. Kevin, Lisa, Nicola and Claire provided great service and suggestions to help support us through this time and on the day of the services the team's were considerate and professional. They all made a difficult time a little easier.

Thank you so much to Kevin, Nicola, Lisa and all of the team who were involved in the care of my late mum, arranging, and conducting her funeral. Having never been involved in the planning of a funeral before, I went into the process not knowing what to expect but Kevin and the team held my hand through the whole process and made the hardest time of my life so much simpler and easier. They treated my mum with dignity, respect and care, and did the most incredible job in supporting us as a family every step of the way. Kevin and Nicola communicated with me clearly, compassionately and helpfully, and made me feel that there was no question too small or silly. The funeral itself was so beautiful and ran smoothly all thanks to Kevin and the team. I really cannot thank you all enough. Whilst I hope I dont need to use your services any time soon, I will absolutely be a returning customer when the time comes. The funeral took place In Streatham, new to yourselves but you handled everything for us and never let us down. Ballard and Shortall have been excellent from the start and right through to the service. We chose them after using them for my father 10 years ago (they were excellent then too). All staff are polite and professional, whilst being warm and comforting when needed. I was very happy with every aspect. They accommodated all requests and went above and beyond with helping to deliver a very loving and you eat service.

We can't thank Ballard & Shortall enough for the professional service they provided for our Mum. Kevin and his team were very compassionate and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, they explained everything in detail also arranging everything at the same time treating Mum with respect and dignity every step of the way.
