I am very lucky that I chose C & T Radmall to organise my Mums funeral. From the first time I spoke to Trevor I knew I was in safe and experienced hands. He was always kind, understanding, charming and very efficient. Lucy was also amazingly comforting on the day itself, Pandora the recommended Celebrant was absolutely perfect and the pall bearers were incredibly smart and respectful. We had never had to arrange a funeral before so when Mum passed away we didn’t have a clue…we needn’t have worried as Mel Watson sorted everything out …she was compassionate and caring helping us every step of the way. Although she was on light duties at the time she even came to Mums funeral. Mel helped us through a difficult time . All of her colleagues were brilliant, they helped us all at the crematorium . Can’t thank you enough Mel, Dawn and Tom

Not having dealt with anything like this before we really did not know where to start, what we had to, what order things would be done in or who would do what or when.C&T Radmall (Horsham Branch) talked us through the process, kept us informed of what was happening along the way and answered all of our questions.They were professional, organised and sympathetic from the first phone call to our very last contact. On the day of the funeral itself everything went as well as these things can under the circumstances.I would recommend them to anyone who requires such a service.

From the moment I first called we were looked after in arranging my Dad’s funeral, who had taken out a plan with C&T Radmall many years ago. A special thank you to Jan who was fantastic and is a very professional caring a lady who helped with advice and support regarding the arrangements from start to finnish, and let it be known she was just a phone call away at any time I needed. Paul was the celebrant also met with us and kept in contact all the way through, and the director Dean also called me the evening before to reassure all was okay. The funeral went smoothly and just how we wanted it to be and was a celebration of Dad's life. A big thanks to Jan and everyone at C&T Radmall for making a difficult time much easier.
