Very unprofessional. They removed a 1970s gravestone about 5 yrs ago to etch a name on the opposite side. Two years ago the family contacted them asking why it hadn’t been returned, they refused to speak to the executor because of GDPR and the grave has still not been returned even though they’ve been paid. Total disrespect. Everyone we tell is shocked any company can do this.

I made an enquiry about a funeral plan for my grandad and the lady who assisted me couldn't have been more helpful and patient, as I had lots of questions on the various options. She didn't rush me into a decision, which I really appreciated too. Thanks.
