Chris and his team, along with Carol and Mia provided an impeccable service, one of which that is rarely seen these days. From my initial phone call to have Dad received into their care, right through to the aftercare following the funeral service, their professionalism and compassion was absolutely immaculate. Having lost our Dad just before Christmas, this made the time of year particularly difficult, but Chris, Carol and Mia were only a phone call away to provide accurate advice and guidance at every step. Their attention to detail exceeded any expectation we thought possible, and any requests or queries we had were dealt with in the most friendly and caring manner. We've known Chris for many years, but this is the first time that I've needed to make funeral arrangements myself, for a loved one. Paul Stringer carried out the funeral service and again, comes highly recommended. He spent a significant amount of time with us to ensure that every detail and timing was perfect.
