Did an excellent job of my mother's funeral. Mia in the office was kind, sympathetic and very helpful. She found a lovely vicar to officiate and a florist who did a wonderful coffin spray with my mother's favourite flowers, and she was able to advise on scattering ashes at sea. Very professional pallbearing on the day.

A heartfelt thank you to Christopher Stringer and the entire team for their patience, understanding, and gentle support throughout such a difficult time. Their presence was always there in a measured and understated way, quietly guiding and supporting us while remaining continually mindful of our family's grief. The kindness, compassion, and consideration shown throughout were evident at every stage and provided great comfort to us all. On behalf of our entire family, and especially from my brother's heart and soul, thank you for helping us give him the farewell he deserved.

At a difficult time, we found Chris to be kind, caring and considerate. He made us feel welcome and gave us time to think about what we wanted from the funeral. His staff, Mia and Carol, were equally as caring and patient with us and we could not have wished the funeral to have been better. Thank you, Chris.

From the first phone call to arrange a meeting with Chris to the actual funeral day, Chris and his team were absolutely brilliant. Carol initially talked through the order of things and sent through a really helpful checklist confirming what we had discussed and what I needed to think about. When we met Chris to discuss dates and further arrangements, he was kind and informative. By the time we left everything was in place. Paul, our celebrant was very helpful preparing the order of service and was very professional. A courtesy call on the day of the funeral was a nice touch to ensure we were ok. Everything went well, I would recommend Chris Stringer and his team without hesitation, they are fantastic.

Chris and his team, along with Carol and Mia provided an impeccable service, one of which that is rarely seen these days. From my initial phone call to have Dad received into their care, right through to the aftercare following the funeral service, their professionalism and compassion was absolutely immaculate. Having lost our Dad just before Christmas, this made the time of year particularly difficult, but Chris, Carol and Mia were only a phone call away to provide accurate advice and guidance at every step. Their attention to detail exceeded any expectation we thought possible, and any requests or queries we had were dealt with in the most friendly and caring manner. We've known Chris for many years, but this is the first time that I've needed to make funeral arrangements myself, for a loved one. Paul Stringer carried out the funeral service and again, comes highly recommended. He spent a significant amount of time with us to ensure that every detail and timing was perfect.
