The business is led by Ian Taylor-Rowlands, who has been involved in the funeral industry for 35 years, having begun his career at just sixteen years old and qualifying as one of the youngest funeral directors in the country. Alongside Ian is Nicky Cotter, who manages the Clevedon office and brings a background in nursing and care, along with training from the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD), to offer compassionate support to families.
Their premises feature a private arranging office, a dedicated chapel of rest, a modern fully equipped mortuary, and a comfortable waiting room. Services offered include traditional and bespoke funerals, direct cremations, pre-paid funeral plans, Jaguar limousine transport, horse-drawn carriages, memorials and headstones, and full help and advice throughout the arrangement process.
