Mary was amazing when we were arranging our Mum's funeral. She is caring, compassionate and really listened to how we wanted everything. Her attention to detail and keeping us up to date was great. In what was a really difficult time for us all we couldn't have asked for more from Mary. On the day of the funeral, Andy was our funeral director. He called me the day before to run through what would happen on the day. Andy was fantastic, supportive and made sure everything ran smoothly. There was no rush at any time and made sure we were well looked after. Our celebrant, Amanda was also fantastic. She spoke with us at length and her service to celebrate Mums life couldn't have been better. Overall, although it was a really difficult time, Mary, Andy and Amanda made it much easier to arrange and do our Mum proud.

My Mum sadly passed away in April and we were fortunate enough to be able to arrange her funeral on what-would-have-been her 96th birthday. We wanted this to be a real celebration of her long life and her birthday and, with Mary's help, feel we achieved this and more. Co-Op Funeralcare provided a seamless, reverent but celebratory, day for us.
