We used Alcock & son funeral directors for my mother's funeral. From start to finish they were so friendly and professional and we found that nothing was too much trouble for our wishes. The young lady who was dealing with us had a lovely calming nature and made us feel at ease during such a very emotional and difficult time, she kept us informed with everything along the way. The day of the funeral was perfect with the funeral staff on hand. We could not of asked for a nicer send off for our mum. Thankyou so much for looking after mum and us along the way ❤️

Jonathan Alcock and sons recently arranged the funeral for my dear husband. Their care, empathy and quiet efficiency impressed me greatly. Where can I start. The passing of my mother had been made so much more bearable by the staff (especially Eleona) of Jonathan Alcocks. Eleona handled everything for us from flowers, orders of service and very importantly the allocation of a wonderful celebrant Andrew Wightman who was a perfect fit for our family.. They took wonderful care of mum and dressed her to look her best. I cannot recommend their service high enough in helping sharing the burden of loss and helping us to respect our Mum in the best way we could.

From start to finish the care, support, compassion, empathy & professionalism especially from Matt Cimber was truly exceptional! Sorting out a funeral whilst grieving for a loved one is so very hard but Matt guided us through every step of the way, advising us & sorting absolutely everything for us. On the day, the funeral went smoothly & because of Matt’s help our loved one send off was one we know they would have been proud of! Even after the funeral Matt has kept in contact. We cannot thank the whole team enough & we would definitely highly recommend them to anyone to look after your loved ones.
