What an incredible service we have received from this organisation. Our father lost his partner quite suddenly on Christmas Day. A terribly sad day for all the family. Myself and my sister, supporting our father at such a difficult time, weren't sure who to approach as we are not from the area. We had a couple of suggestions but decided on Colin Hayley & Tapper Funeral Service. We are extremely pleased that we did. We called to make enquiries and arranged an appointment with Caroline. From the outset we were put at ease. Caroline is wonderful, her ability to discuss the practical aspects of arranging a funeral, to her compassion and feeling, in a relaxed, caring atmosphere really are second to none. We had a few complexities to discuss and Caroline suggested several potential solutions for our needs. From that initial appointment to the day of the funeral is a long and difficult journey, again Caroline was there to assist us, nothing was any trouble, she suggested we use a celebrant for the service; Anna is a genius with words and delivered an incredible service, again full of compassion and care, following input and instruction from the family, along with photographs and music, she delivered a lovely celebration of the life of our lost loved one. Outstanding care from start to finish We can not thank Caroline and Jack enough for all the help with our son.
