Just want to say a BIG thank you to Collins funeral services. Especially Samantha who is the most down to earth lovely person you will ever come across. She helped me through a very difficult time making sure everything was absolutely perfect for my lovely mums funeral. Collins are the best I’m so very glad I used them.

Helen was such a wonderful support throughout our whole journey with Collins, from answering the first phone call to the follow up email after the ceremony. Such a personal and considerate touch helped so much at a difficult time. The respect she and her team showed my wife’s late mother at all times was second to none. She accommodated all our wishes, including some changes along the way. The little touches were so considerate and were noticed and appreciated by many. We cannot recommend this team highly enough. Thank you from the whole family.

I would like to express our thanks to Collins Funeral Services they were wonderful and made our darling Stewart's funeral the special occcasion he deserved From the start we found Samantha warm, compassionate and very helpful and guided us at a very difficult time. She is amazing and we are truly grateful to her. Collins Funeral Services are fantastic. All they staff have great customer services skills, very compassionate and go out of their way to help and guide you through an emotional time. They contributed to a wonderful, befitting funeral service and celebration of life for mummy. Would definitely highly recommend their services. As a family, we really cannot thank Samantha at Collins Funeral Services enough. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about you and your loved one who has passed, please look no further! The sudden passing of my dad was such a shock to us all. I was so overwhelmed with the task of arranging the funeral whilst trying to manage the grief for myself and my family. From our very first conversation, Samantha was so warm, kind and caring. She guided us through the whole process so sensitively and with unswerving reassurance. With regular friendly check-ins before the funeral and sometimes just to give the space to chat and ask how we all were, which really meant so much. In fact Samantha cares so much, she still remains in touch as she fully understands it is not just about the day of the funeral! This level of care has even made my mum insist that when - and hopefully it will be a long way off - the time should come, she really wants Samantha to attend to everything! Needless to say, the lead up to the funeral, and the day itself ran so smoothly and everyone said how beautiful and personal it was. That is down to Samantha’s excellent experience and care. We really cannot thank her enough xx
