Sheila and all the staff at Darwen funeral service are very professional very compassionate extremely helpful, polite, caring and friendly, nothing is to much trouble for them, they gave my mum a tremendous send off I can't praise them enough. It is always a difficult time to arrange a funeral but Sheila makes it personal and takes the time to know the family, and keeps you informed as to what stage you are at I can't recommend Darwen funeral service enough to help give your loved ones the send off they deserve so thanks again Sheila xx

I've had the misfortune to have had to deal with two funerals in as many years. I can honestly say they made, what is a daunting task seem simple. So caring, understanding and obliging.Truly professional but also extremely approachable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Even when we were changing our minds. They also came across an issue but also with a solution. Seamless. Fantastic service. I will not use anyone else. But not too soon. Thank you.
